Mesa Drug Growing Attorney
Growing marijuana in the state of Arizona is only legal if you hold a valid prescription, are legally registered as a nonprofit medical marijuana dispensary, or are a qualifying patient who lives further than 25 miles away from a dispensary. Even under these guidelines and laws, there are regulations as to how much of the drug can be grown. If you are outside of these regulations, you could be charged with a felony drug offense. Call Grand Canyon Law Group for help from an award-winning attorney. A Mesa drug growing lawyer is dedicated in getting you the most favorable result possible.

UNDERSTAND YOUR RIGHTS UNDER ARIZONA LAW
If you are convicted for growing or manufacturing drugs or narcotics, you will be charged with a felony, which can result in large fines and jail time. If you have a previous conviction on your record, it could result in longer jail sentences and other penalties.
The penalties for growing a drug such as marijuana depend on the following two variables:
- The amount of drug being grown
- Whether the substance grown was for personal use or distribution
Probation is typically not an option for a drug conviction, making it even more essential to obtain the services of a team of qualified criminal defense lawyers. Do not let a conviction ruin your future and chances at housing, employment, and more. Contact a Mesa drug growing attorney as soon as possible so that we can begin defending you and seeking a favorable outcome.
