Brittany Truszkowski is the Chief Operating Officer at Grand Canyon Law Group. She leads the firm’s operations, strategy, and infrastructure, helping the criminal defense team deliver a high level of service to clients across Arizona. While she works behind the scenes, her impact is felt in how smoothly the firm runs and how supported clients feel throughout their experience.

In her role, Brittany works closely with every part of the team, from leadership to administrative staff. She focuses on building strong systems, improving communication, and keeping everything aligned. She is known for being both strategic and approachable, and she brings a balance of accountability and support to her work. She also has a talent for solving complex challenges and building teams that perform well without losing their human touch.

Before joining the firm, Brittany spent more than 18 years in law firm operations, leadership, and human resources. She helped organizations grow, strengthen their teams, and build intentional, people-focused cultures.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, staying active, and supporting causes that matter to her.
