about Leslie M. Pugh

Leslie M. Pugh is a Partner who works closely with people facing criminal charges, guiding them through each step of the process. She focuses on making sure her clients are treated fairly and that their rights are respected from beginning to end. She takes time to understand each person’s situation so she can help them navigate what lies ahead with clarity and confidence.

Clients rely on Leslie to explain what they are up against in a way that makes sense. She walks them through what the prosecution must prove and what possible outcomes may look like. She is known for being thorough, supportive, and compassionate, and she works closely with clients, her team, and her paralegal to stay on top of every detail. In addition, her experience across a wide range of cases helps her meet people where they are and provide steady guidance.

Before joining the firm, Leslie spent over a decade practicing in Colorado. She also worked on immigration-related matters, including cases before federal agencies and courts, which gives her added perspective when working with non-citizen clients.

Outside of work, she enjoys mentoring youth, traveling internationally to help others, and cheering on her favorite Colorado sports teams.
