Alyssa Baldovino is the Receptionist who serves as the first point of contact for everyone who comes through the door or calls the firm. She helps clients feel welcomed and connects them to the right attorneys, paralegals, or intake team members so their needs are addressed quickly. Her role ensures communication flows smoothly and that clients feel supported from the very beginning.

Alyssa is highly organized and attentive, making sure nothing gets missed. She listens carefully to clients, gathers information they’re willing to share, and relays it to the team to help cases move forward efficiently. She also works closely with colleagues across the firm and adapts to different work styles to keep things running smoothly. Being fluent in Spanish allows her to communicate directly with Spanish-speaking clients, helping them feel more comfortable and understood.

Before joining the firm, Alyssa worked as a receptionist at a personal injury law firm. She is currently studying Healthcare Administration and Policy at Arizona State University, and her background in medical assisting and volunteer work gave her strong people skills that she brings to her role every day.

Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, exploring new restaurants, and spending quality time with her family and friends.
