about Cesar Ochoa
Cesar Ochoa is a Client Relations Specialist who serves as the first point of contact for people reaching out to the firm. He helps guide potential clients from their initial call or inquiry through the first steps of working together. By listening closely and asking thoughtful questions, he helps them understand what to expect and makes the process feel clear and manageable.
Cesar is especially good at building rapport and helping people feel comfortable sharing their situation. He focuses on asking the right questions and capturing key details so the team has a clear picture from the start. He’s approachable and patient, and he takes care to communicate in a way that feels calm and respectful, even when someone is feeling stressed.
Before joining the firm, Cesar worked as a realtor and was also part of an intake team at another law firm. He graduated from Arizona State University in 2016 and brings strong communication skills and attention to detail to his role.
Outside of work, he enjoys staying active, trying new restaurants, and spending time with friends and family.
