about Hugo J. Robles
Hugo J. Robles is the Financial Controller who oversees the firm’s financial operations and helps keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. He manages financial records, supports leadership with reporting and analysis, and works with different departments to keep financial processes aligned with the firm’s goals. He also plays a key role in making sure billing is accurate and up to date.
Hugo is especially good at connecting teams and coordinating financial needs across the firm. He works closely with leadership and department heads, helping ensure everyone has the information they need to make informed decisions. He is known for being conscientious in his work and thoughtful in how he collaborates with others. While he may not interact directly with clients, his attention to detail helps create a smoother experience through clear and accurate billing.
Before joining the firm, Hugo served as a Director of Finance for a marketing agency. He brings over 30 years of experience in accounting and financial management, along with certifications as a Certified Management Accountant and in Financial Management.
Outside of work, he enjoys riding his motorcycle and working with his hands on projects like carpentry and landscaping.
